GTR99 only permits individuals aged 18 and above to register and play. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found in violation of this condition will be terminated immediately without compensation.
All transactions on GTR99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Minimum deposit is RM 30 and minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
All GTR99 bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements clearly stated in each offer. Players must fulfil these requirements before withdrawing from their bonus balance. Failure to meet the requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Each individual may only hold one GTR99 account. Using multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses or the system is strictly prohibited. GTR99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances if any abuse is detected, without prior notice.

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and GTR99 ("Platform", "we", "our company") with respect to your use of the GTR99 online betting platform, accessible via gtr99.click and related applications.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the GTR99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out herein. This agreement is legally binding. These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide GTR99, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and GTR99.
To register and use the GTR99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
GTR99 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within 72 hours may result in a temporary account suspension. GTR99 is not liable for any losses arising from a registration that breaches the eligibility conditions above.
Age Verification: GTR99 takes its age verification obligations seriously. We employ both technical and manual methods to verify members' ages. Any attempt to circumvent the age verification process is a serious offence and will result in immediate account closure.
3.1 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one GTR99 account. The use of multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity.
3.2 Registration Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful and up to date. Required information includes your full name as shown on your identity card, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. GTR99 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information.
3.3 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GTR99 account password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. GTR99 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the GTR99 support team immediately.
3.4 Account Transfer. A GTR99 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or lent to any other party under any circumstances.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). GTR99 may require you to complete an identity verification (Know Your Customer) process at any time, particularly when making withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) and proof of current residential address. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the GTR99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
4.2 Deposit Methods. GTR99 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:
4.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 30. The maximum daily deposit limit is RM 30,000 unless otherwise specified in your account via deposit limit settings. GTR99 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM 50. GTR99 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 working hours, depending on the method and current system load. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
4.5 Withdrawal Rejection. GTR99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are signs of fraud, money laundering, terms violations, or outstanding identity verification requirements. GTR99 will inform the member of the reason for the rejection within a reasonable timeframe.
Reminder: GTR99 only processes withdrawals to accounts held in the same name as your GTR99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances, in order to protect the security of your funds.
5.1 Rollover Requirements. All bonuses and promotions offered by GTR99 are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) clearly stated in each offer's terms. Members must fulfil the applicable rollover requirements before withdrawing from their bonus balance.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. The GTR99 welcome bonus of up to RM 1,000 is available to new members making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to the rollover requirements stated on the relevant promotions page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account, per name, per IP address and per device.
5.3 Game Contribution. Different games contribute varying percentages toward rollover requirements. Generally, slots contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and baccarat contribute between 10%–20%. Exact details are specified in each promotion's terms.
5.4 Bonus Validity Period. Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. GTR99 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, player collusion, or low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to meet rollover requirements — may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
5.6 Right to Modify Promotions. GTR99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that are currently in an active rollover process by members.
6.1 General Rules. All games on GTR99 — including live blackjack, baccarat, roulette, e-sports, Malaysia Super League and EPL football betting, and slots — are governed by their own specific rules accessible within the platform. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before playing.
6.2 Game Results. The outcome of all games on GTR99 is final once confirmed by the system. For live dealer games, disputed results will be reviewed against stored video recordings. GTR99 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error has affected the outcome.
6.3 Technical Disruptions. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, GTR99 will endeavour to resolve the situation in the fairest manner possible. For rounds that cannot be completed, any related bets will be refunded to the player's account.
6.4 Betting Limits. Every game and table on GTR99 has set minimum and maximum betting limits. Players may not place bets that exceed these limits. GTR99 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time with reasonable notice.
6.5 Sports Betting. For live Sports Betting including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, odds displayed are accurate at the time of display. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless there is a clear error in the odds setting.
The following are strictly prohibited on the GTR99 platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze and legal action where applicable:
8.1 Closure by Member. You may close your GTR99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be met, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any legitimate cash balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
8.2 Closure by GTR99. GTR99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, money laundering or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Members may request a temporary self-exclusion (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or a permanent one at any time via account settings or by contacting GTR99 customer support. Permanent self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed.

10.1 GTR99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity on our platform, unless such losses are directly caused by a demonstrable technical error on GTR99's part.
10.2 GTR99 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. We will endeavour to minimise downtime and provide advance notice whenever scheduled maintenance is planned.
10.3 GTR99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence, such as sharing your password or accessing the platform over an unsecured network.
10.4 GTR99's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content on the GTR99 platform — including but not limited to the GTR99 logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface, software, and source code — is the property of GTR99 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from GTR99.
GTR99 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the GTR99 platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where GTR99 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
