GTR99 is built specifically for Malaysian players who want a safe, fair, and enjoyable online betting experience. From live blackjack to e-sports, from baccarat to Malaysia Super League football betting — everything is in one place, 24 hours a day.
✔ Licensed & Regulated | ✔ 256-bit SSL | ✔ 24/7 Support in Bahasa Malaysia
GTR99 was founded in 2018 with a straightforward goal — to provide the best, safest, and most enjoyable online betting experience for Malaysian players. At the time, many Malaysian players were forced to rely on overseas platforms that didn't understand local needs, didn't support local payment methods, and didn't offer customer service in Bahasa Malaysia. GTR99 was built to change all of that.
Today, GTR99 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online betting platforms, with over 380,000 registered members across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. We understand Malaysian players because we built this platform for Malaysian players — in the language you speak, with the payment methods you use every day like Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX online banking, and the games you love from the Malaysia Super League to MPL Malaysia esports.
What sets GTR99 apart goes beyond the number of games or the size of the bonuses we offer. What matters more is our commitment to fairness, transparency, and player safety. Every game on GTR99 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by a third-party auditor. Every transaction is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. And every decision we make as a company is guided by one question — is this truly in the best interest of our players?
When GTR99 launched in 2018, we offered sports betting only, with a focus on EPL football and the Malaysia Super League. The response from Malaysian players exceeded all expectations — within the first six months, more than 20,000 players had joined the platform. That was a clear signal that there was strong demand for a platform that truly understood the Malaysian market.
Throughout this six-year journey, GTR99 has continued to grow in line with our players' needs. We added a Live Casino with real dealers in 2019, launched a comprehensive E-Sports section in 2020 in step with the surge in popularity of MPL Malaysia and Dota 2, and introduced a full-featured VIP Rewards programme in 2021. Every addition was not simply a response to global trends — it came directly from real feedback from the GTR99 Malaysia player community.
In 2022, we made significant investments in our technology infrastructure to deliver a smoother mobile experience — because we know the majority of Malaysian players access GTR99 through their smartphones. Our platform is now fully optimised for both iOS and Android, with high-quality live casino streaming even on 4G connections. In 2023, we expanded our partnerships with leading global game providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play to bring the latest blackjack and baccarat variants to GTR99 players.
Our mission at GTR99 is to ensure every Malaysian player enjoys a fun, safe, and responsible betting experience. That means we don't just focus on offering great games — we also invest in self-control tools, player education programs, and responsive customer support to make every interaction with GTR99 a positive one.
We believe responsible online betting is the best kind of betting. When players bet within their means, understand how the games work, and apply the right strategies, the overall experience becomes more enjoyable and more sustainable. That's why GTR99 provides comprehensive strategy guides — such as basic blackjack strategy charts and Asian Handicap tips for football — completely free to all our members.
Looking ahead, GTR99 is committed to continually innovating and evolving our platform in line with advances in technology and the ever-changing needs of Malaysian players. We are currently working on new features including live odds notifications for football matches, a personalised game recommendation system, and an enhanced VIP programme that will deliver even greater value to our loyal players. GTR99 is more than a platform — it is a growing community of Malaysian players.
